If you are interested in joining the First Group satellite network, the first step is to submit the following form for our consideration.

We demand the highest standards from our satellite members, particularly in the areas of integrity, competence, professionalism and ethics. Members also need to have a genuine desire to develop and advance Australia's business base and intellectual property value.

Many of the projects that First Group will be involved with will be mezzanine/pre-IPO stage projects that will greatly benefit from the First Group satellite network's expertise. The First Group skill base is complementary to that of the project. We do not impose our MBI team/philosophy; rather we work with the SME to supplement its skill and resources.

With some of the early stage projects there may be a need to provide services at concessional rates in order to nurture a project to the stage where normal, commercial fee structures can be implemented. This will result in increased demand for services sooner and in greater volumes than if a project is burdened in the early stages.

First Corporate will conduct an accreditation process in respect of the First Group satellite network, both upon initial acceptance of new members and at least annually thereafter. Our success is reflected in, and dependent upon, the level of service to our clients from First Group satellite network members.
