The strength of the First Corporate team is its
approach to outsourcing and coordination of the satellite
firms and professionals that comprise the First Group.
At the heart of this group is the First Corporate
Board of Directors.
Jeffrey is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in
Australia.
As a professional Chartered Accountant with senior positions with Ernst & Young and then within his own chartered practice, Jeffrey gained extensive experience in corporate advisory work, capital raisings, due diligence assignments and stock exchange listings.
Jeffrey has specialized in the business of assisting high growth, innovative companies.
His expertise includes:
- identifying investment opportunities;
- comprehensive due diligence;
- structuring transactions;
- monitoring the projects; and
- securing exits by elevation of companies
- to their next growth level.
Jeffrey has experience in listed company environments and funding into pre-IPO opportunities through his involvement with previous listed funding vehicles.
He is also a director of a number of private and
public companies in Australia and is Director of
Farsands Solutions Limited (www.farsands.com.au).
Jeffrey has written several papers for technical journals and is committed to overlaying a new governance and investor relations platform for listed companies in Australia. He is also a Governor of the Board of Hale School, a private school in Perth, and is married with two children.

Michael is a chartered accountant of 18 years standing, with over 15 years commercial experience in a range of diverse international businesses. His main area of focus has been financial and operational management, addressing a variety of significant change and development scenarios.
Michael is a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Operating both at board and senior executive levels in such organisations as ERG Limited, Mayne Nickless and Guardian Royal Exchange Limited, Michael has developed significant expertise in addressing operational and financial issues, in businesses ranging from start up to more mature cycle stages. The business sectors Michael has dealt with include financial services, logistics, security, property, technology, leisure, agriculture, manufacturing and consultancy services. Geographically, he has experience operating in Europe, North America, Asia and Australia in both public and private environments.
Core areas of Michael's expertise include:
- strategic planning and implementation;
- business change and development;
- acquisition and disposal management; and
- financial management, encompassing capital raising, treasury, investor relations, and corporate governance.
Michael has experience in capital markets, and is able to integrate the operational requirements of businesses with the requirements of the capital markets. This appreciation and knowledge is a valuable and strategic benefit to First Corporate .

Kent

Kent brings to First Corporate a strong background in capital markets, having worked for over 12 years with local and international stockbrokers and investment banks.
During his time at First National Bank of Boston, Kent was involved in capital raising and corporate advisory work. Kent has acted as a senior client adviser with BNP Paribas (previously BNP Equities Limited and Prudential Bache Securities).
Kent has a thorough understanding of the performance attributes required of successful listed investments, and has traveled extensively throughout Indonesia, Singapore and other Asian countries to cement networks and connections in Asia.
Kent is married with two children.
